This is a chaperoned event. Chaperones will not be responsible for any personal items that are brought on the trip, such as cell phones, iPods, cameras, or confiscated items.

There will be at least two (2) student/chaperone check in times during the trip. They will most likely occur around 2:00 PM and 8:30 PM, upon arriving for the private event at California Adventure Park.

We plan to have a total of 6 buses with 56 students per bus. Students will sign up for a specific bus so they can travel with their friends. Students may not sign up for each other, you can only sign up for yourself. If a student does not sign up for a bus by March 15th, the assignment will be made by the Grad Nite Chairs.

Grads will not be permitted to bring ANY beverages (including water), food, candy or gum on the bus. Water & snacks will be provided on the buses. Empty shatter-proof water bottles are allowed. There are restaurants available at one of the bus stops for students to purchase breakfast or meals may be purchased inside the parks. Prescription medications must be in their original packaging with dosing information and student’s name on label. Over-the-counter medications must be in their original manufacturer sealed packages. Only medicines noted on the Medication Form will be allowed on the bus.

Dress code information is included in this packet. We assume no responsibility for any Grad not meeting the dress code and being denied on the bus or admittance to the Park. If you are not dressed appropriately, according to the Dress Code in this packet or do not have your MSJHS issued photo ID, you will not be able to board the bus and you will forfeit all monies paid for this event.

Carefully review the Conduct Rules on the GRAD NITE PERMISSION SLIP and the DISNEYLAND GRAD NITE BEHAVIOR POLICY. Students must abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the trip chaperones, bus companies, Peninsula Tours, restaurants, Disneyland, California Adventure, etc. If any of these rules are broken, the participant may be sent home at his/her own expense, without refund. If the participant is sent home, the parent or legal guardian will arrange for transportation home at their own expense. Parents or guardians will reimburse MSJHS MPPFA for any expenses (hotel, transportation, etc.) incurred by MPPFA chaperones as a result of their student being sent home due to violation of the conduct rules.

If the participant experiences a medical emergency and is unable to take the bus ride back to Fremont, a chaperone will remain with the participant until he/she is released to his/her parent or guardian. Parents or guardians will reimburse MSJHS MPPFA for any expenses (hotel, transportation, etc.) incurred by MPPFA chaperones as a result of the medical emergency.

Our objective is to make the trip enjoyable and memorable for the Mission San Jose High School graduating class of 2022. Please help us accomplish this by turning in your forms and payments in a timely manner. Failure to meet deadlines may result in forfeiting your ticket and not be allowed to choose your bus.
